1.交通往來不便，飯店接駁車班次少，限制多。 2.員工服務態度欠佳：在隔日吃早餐時，居然遇到座位被其他人坐走，而我們一行三人沒有位置可坐的情形，反映給- 餐廳帶位人員，卻不願幫我們處理，令人非常不悅。 3.房間清潔度有待加強，在洗手台上可以明顯看出污漬 4.餐廳使用破損的杯子，餐具，大大降地用餐心情。

周围的环境，还有一流的泳池真是不错！
据我观察，很多游客都是冲着环球影城等游乐园或者几个海滩才选择来W酒店的，但是与外界的联系主要依靠酒店- 班车是不够的，如果时间凑不上的话一般需要电召德士。如果酒店方面能够专门针对交通方面制作一个出行建议的- 话，将大大方便客人，会让人倍加亲切。
